When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and — where you choose to provide them — your email address, the service you are interested in, the property location and any message you write.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for identity documents or property papers through the form. Those are shared later, directly with us, once you decide to engage us.

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, understand what you are planning to buy, and advise you on the verification your property needs.

We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send promotional messages you have not asked for.

Only M.D. Consultancy. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with brokers, developers, agents, lenders or any other third party. This is not a policy we intend to revisit — the entire premise of our practice is that we work for the buyer alone.

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits the message and does not use it for any other purpose.

Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, where you engage us, to maintain a record of the advisory work carried out. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics are added in future to understand which pages are useful, this page will be updated to say so before that happens.
